WHAT IF MY TOWEL IS NOT FIT FOR MY ADVENTURES 🤔
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return on un-opened and not used product, even if you change your mind! 🤔
We want you to love your Towel, so to be eligible for your 30 days change of mind return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@nytowelco.com. If your return is accepted, we will not only send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, Shipping cost’s will be at the expense of the customer for change of mind purchases.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

Damages and issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sometimes we receive feedback about our towels not performing for the reason they are purchasing it for, many times it is due to the laundry care of the towels. Please contact us at admin@nytowelco.com so we can offer a solution for you before approving a return/replacement/refund.
As with our returns policy, we will take care of the shipping cost’s to return the item back to us and in the event of a replacement item if the item is found to be defective or faulty. So you have piece of mind that you will not be out of pocket if our towels are not fit for your adventures.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsÂ
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
RefundsÂ
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We really do want you to love our towels and if they are not fit for your travels in any way then feel free to reach out to us and let us help to provide a solution that you will be happy with.
